Perfect location, proximity to transport and in slight distance to the sea
Good for money. The Old Town set in walking accessibility, near bus, and spotless
Enjoyed location and food, met the criteria. We could go to The Boardwalk just 200 metres away. Cars can be parked nearby. They have public parking.
hotel is closer to four stars. kind, helpful staff. Great breakfasts (eggs, omelette, sliced table, fruit and freshly squeezed juices, coffee machine and bakery table). Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the old town, 30 minutes by bike along the pedestrian promenade to Puerto Banús (especially beautiful sunset ride). Right in front of the hotel beach, rent two sun beds and an umbrella 12 euros. To the left of the hotel in the port has a jet ski rental, etc.. room has a safe for 3 Euros per day. As the hotel provides beach towels, refundable deposit of 10 euros. You can change the towels to clean at least every day for 1 euro.
very small sleigh knot. toilet is set so that you have to squeeze between the bathroom and toilet itself. In room 205, you have to replace the bathroom, because there is rust. It's not critical, it spoils the impression. We had two rooms, other had no such problems. Hopefully, in the future, bathroom will simply be replaced.
For a trip to 7 cities of Andalusia it was probably the best hotel: a large room, location on the first line, good breakfast with a buffet for 10 euros, can last 3-4 days, friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. I wanted to stay more. We arrived by a rented car, that we left in the parking lot for 10 euros / day next door. In the bathroom, there were 3 towels for each, shampoo, soap and gels, comb, shower caps, women's hygiene items. We didn't go around, we stayed on the beach all day, so I can't say anything about the shops and so on around the hotel. I can't say anything negative about the hotel.
i enjoyed the location of the apartments which were close to the sea and promenade and also easy walking distance to the old town. they were clean and functional, and everything we needed for a short break in the sun.
The hotel staff were really helpful in booking our taxis and accomodating us after we'd checked out before we left Marbella. We got fresh towels every day which we didn't expect!
great view if you pay a little extra for the sea view appartment, close to shops, restaurants, own kitchenette, huge balcony, very very helpful staff! nice size of rooms and bathroom.
take ear plugs, this hotel has hard floors and you will hear all furniture movements done by anyone above and next to your appartement. only 4 channels in tv - I know tv is not the reason why you are going for hols but it was end of Oct so evening/nights were more in than out therefore few more channels especially in english would be useful.
Location and balcony view
The bedding and pillows could have been better and the bathroom was crammed. No kettle or Coffee maker in kitchen so kitchen useless.
The location of this hotel is excellent. I took a beach front apartment with sea view and would strongly recommend it. I was also beside the restaurants and bars. It is only a matter of walking out of the grounds of the hotel and you are on the Paseo where you can walk beside the seafront all the way to Puerto Banus.
near beach ,shopping, restraurants, walking, sailing, swimming and security at apts
we would prefer to have front view to get most from sunshine. and also would recommend to put extra undersheet on mattress of bed.,and electrickettle.we holiday in few areas would put marb ella 2nd on our choice of stay.
Location was good and the room rate for what you got was good
I did not like the kitchen decor very dated it was as if the rest of the apartment had been recently renovated and they didnt get around to the kitchen area and also i could not get any english tv channels
Location is perfect - right on the promenade next to the beach (also supermarket 5 minutes walk for supplies). Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Aparthotel clean with good kitchen and nice balcony with sea view. The apartment slept three comfortably.. Good value, and we would go back.
Swimming pool is small - but this is not significant given that the beach is literally metres away.
The hotel is right on the 'promenade'-you come out the back gate and you are by the sea in heart of Marbella. The Old town is a short walk as are all the bars etc.It is very cheaply priced for Marbella.Spacious rooms/apartment and kitchen area to enable basic cooking if required (no oven) just hob but a toaster and microwave and coffee machine.
There is a smell in reception sometimes that apparently is the drains .There is no kettle in the kitchen so take a travel one.The decor is very dated and needs updating. If you are in a room on the left of hotel (as you face the front entrance) you do not get the sun in the afternoon on the balcony. This was a shame as I took my disabled mother who would have liked to sit on the balcony in the sun, however I could have upgraded to a sea facing apartment but this was double the price. The pool is basically a dip pool not for swimming in.The bathroom door locked itself on closing but was easily remedied by reception giving us a biro refill to insert in the knob to free it!
The Idea that the hotel is central to all your needs, the quietness of the hotel by night.
Nothing to dislike I have stayed on several occassions, the only thing I would like to see would be Sky Sports & news all channels are spanishh.
